          Managed and provided overall direction to the Human

          Resources Department.


Chief of Litigation, Law Department (1993 - 1999)

     Managed the Litigation Section of the Authority's Legal

     Services Department. Assigned, monitored the progress,

     provided guidance to internal staff attorneys and outside

     counsel regarding the handling of personal injury and    

     employment law cases.


Managing Attorney/Personnel - Law Department

(1992 - 1993)

     Responsible for employment and human resources

     related litigation for the Authority. Represented MARTA

     in  personal injury and employment law cases.
